BRING COLOUR AND CREATIVITY TO YOUR EVENT!
Over the last 6 years, I have built and delivered workshops for schools, brands and festivals. This currently takes shape as either piñata making or tie-dyeing sessions. I also welcome briefs to develop custom workshops based on your needs.
Tie Dye Workshops
Tie Dye Workshops can be relaxed drop in occasions; dyeing socks, caps or shoelaces – or a tie-dye master class where participants learn different techniques. These workshops are very flexible, all I need is somewhere to plug in a kettle and a table to work on. We have popped up in festival fields, a Nike basketball court and a community garden for Art Against Knives.
My residency workshop at The Bookclub in Shoreditch - Get Rich or Tie-Dyeing attracted the attention of Pavillion – the publisher who released my first book Tie & Dye (2017), which is available to order from my online shop.
My piñata making workshops are a fun interactive activity where you leave with your own custom shaped piñata filled with sweets and confetti. Alternatively large piñatas can be worked on collaboratively which result in a show stopping centre piece for a festival or event, not to mention the spectacle of smashing them!
The piñatas can be shaped according to your event – be it palm tree or perfume bottle. In the past, workshops have included Halloween piñatas for Vans, fruity shapes for Lazy Oaf and a hen party where the hens made table number piñatas for the wedding.
Please get in touch if you’d like to find out more about hosting a piñata workshop for your next fiesta!
